Television Career

Rosanna Lockwood is an experienced television news presenter, producer and editor, comfortable working in live and breaking news environments. She made her name on her own show ‘Prime Time with Rosanna Lockwood’, live on television and online, from the News UK studios in London. She was also selected by Piers Morgan to be his regular stand-in host for his flagship debate show ‘Piers Morgan Uncensored’, authoritatively navigating challenging and often controversial topics with a diverse line-up of opinionated guests. Rosanna’s interviews have garnered millions of views across broadcast, online and social platforms. Prior to this, she was a London and Singapore-based anchor and correspondent for CNBC, the world leader in business news and real-time financial market coverage. Rosanna has a specialist interest in finance and business news and previously worked for Bloomberg TV in London, where she was a producer on their flagship mid-morning show, and for Reuters in Dubai, where she was a freelance television news correspondent covering Middle East stock markets. Rosanna has also fronted the launch of various television news startups, including the expansion of Al Arabiya English from Dubai, and the launch of Talk TV in the UK. Rosanna began her news career as a freelance radio reporter and producer for the BBC, LBC and ITN in London.
